@Fred_Snerd Sharpens me right up! Always has, for example, tell me parts are no longer available for my 7-year old stove, watch me find some & fix it myself...aaannnddd etc. And BTW I seldom wear underwear.........
@Fred_Snerd I find adversity brings about the Best outcomes, also getting $40,000 estimates for redoing a kitchen.........$7,000 & 15 years later, still looks great, including moving the adjacent bathroom, for which they wanted an additional &14,000.
