I used to feel bad that I'm a bit of a hermit sometimes, but not now! I can be proud of myself for doing the right thing, staying home, keeping my distance. I'm loving it!

I think it is a good idea to be selective with social contacts.

I had a long discussion with Dr Rolf Frohlich , a friend and intellectual. (see amazon for Evolutionary Intelligence). Things have changed. The society we knew is highly modified. There is a great difference between anti-social and socially withdrawn. Society surrounds us with expectations and limits our free expression. It changes personas and perceptions.
