LINK Rt: Effective Reproduction Number

Anybody from West bygod Virginia? It seems to be the hot spot in the nation today. What is going on? I check this site daily, My state is finally trending the right direction, but OMG WV, wassup?

For a long time West Virgina was relatively clear of the virus. IMO the people became complacent and thought they were free of the virus and so THEY DIDN"T MASK OR PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING. Now the virus is burning through their state.

Have they opened schools? Could it be related to activity at a college? USC held an event which didn't go well...some kind of fraternity party.

Because they worship the Orangutan God. They refuse to wear masks. They are part of his strongest demographic, poorly educated whites.
