Yes, especially true here on Kauai where we just opened up to travelers without quarantine, as long as they can show a negative covid-19 test 72 hours before embarking on their journey here.

We have been at zero cases for most of the last 7 months, and now with visitors coming, we need to start being super careful with mask wearing, because if we get to an average of 5 cases per day, we lose the freedom to travel without quarantine.

Social distancing and mask wearing is the only ammunition to protect the freedom of travel and working within the visitor industry without state assistance. Well, that an extra testing, but we don't expect that many visitors will opt for the voluntary testing, if a positive test means they'll need to isolate the rest of their trip.

This is a holdup?????
