  2. Never in the history of lawsuits has a complaint used the term "dirty little secret", anywhere, nevermind in the first sentence. Therefore, bunch of BS!

When I'm home, which I've been a lot this year, I keep my phone on Wi-Fi and use VOip for talk/text. When I go out I used a bunch of data just having my phone on my pocket. I believe this.
