If the pardon was prearranged and done as a quid pro quo, it might be voided by the courts, but in general, presidential pardons will not be reversed.

I was told it's impossible. Good to know there is a legal recourse. Thanks.

@TimeOutForMe He could, but the question is whether the courts will uphold such a pardon. Probably not, but SCOTUS has made some screwy decisions.

Probably not. It might be considered double jeopardy. Unless he becomes prosecuted on different charges.

@Petter Our legal system would not allow that under double jeopardy. He's pardoned for good if he doesn't commit another offense.

We saw that coming. How many more criminals is he going to let loose? ...as much damage as he possibly can on his way out 🤐
