Poor people do not go to the hospital when they are seriously ill because they have no health insurance. Because many rural hospitals did not get the business they should have had from Medicade recipients they are closing and going bankrupt. These poor idiots living in red states do not realize that the Republicans are screwing them by not approving Medicade Expansion, denying them health care and making their local hospitals close.
