For some reason, the city of Opelika, Alabama thought it’d be fine to host a drive-through Nativity scene on government property this month.

But then city officials must have realized they are still part of the United States and not, to their surprise, immune from the law. So they finally moved it to private property.

Aw, pawr ole Alibamy city got a sudden realization that Big Sky Daddy wasn't going to smite the Heathens after all and they had move their bullshit scene from Public Lands did they?
So sad, too bad, I'm ever so Glad.

That is all we ask! They can put up nativity scenes, crosses as large as buildings, massive stone Ten Commandments or whatever other false idles they want on the millions of tax free acres the churches own throughout the country. We just ask that they not do it on public land paid for with everyone’s tax money.
