Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. Entitled little girl thought she could violate the law and not pay for it.

Unfortunately, she is not alone in her arrogance, entitlement and privilege which lead to this. Hopefully she will be humbled and learn a little respect. When you set for in another country you are their guest and they expect you to respect their laws. As they should.

So if she wanted to avoid fourteen days in her hotel room, twenty eight in a prison cell would seem about right.
