Who was speaking of Biden??Plains PA. Not Scranton. Biden took Scranton, Philly and it's suburbs, Pittsburgh high populating areas. Rest of the state is solid Trump toothless white people.

The main story was related to a horrific crime unrelated to Biden, however you did mention Trump lawn signs, so I brought up the topic because it related to that.
Did they breed first, or has the general pool been neatened up bit?

The couple was out of hand but the guy was warped. That's why you have to be careful, you never know who you're dealing with. Road rage is the same thing. Stay away, there's a lot of nuts out there.
