Myers Briggs personality tests were disproved (shown to be false) over 20 years ago, particularly in hiring decisions.
Instead, past behavior is the best predictor of future job success.
This applies to dating. "I love hiking!" men proclaim. Turns out they last hiked in their 20s or in the Army at age 18.
"You can whip me into shape," overweight men say. What an offer. I figure if a man has not had a healthy diet nor exercised in the past 40 years, he's not going to start now.
"No, thanks," I reply. "Hire a trainer. You would resent me if I nagged."
