LINK Wild Horses Adopted Under a Federal Program Are Going to Slaughter

The longer I'm alive, the more people I run across to despise. Adopting wild horses only to sell them to slaughter houses for a profit.

There's something Very wrong with this article...slaughterhouses pay Peanuts for cows, horses, sheep,, etc that are "surplus"!

That is fucked up. The government could sell them directly to slaughterhouses. Instead they pay people $1K a head to "adopt" wild horses, but actually to be middlemen. A ploy to keep their hands clean.
