The economy does not create social programs. Only the Government has to step in to do it. Economy will act on competitive dynamics. It will not care for the old, the sick or homeless or sections on the margins.

You know that an economy can run and we still people still won't have social security? If there are reparations, who do you think will create the program? The economy automatically, on its own?
