What kind of support do you want?
When I report a scammer, their profile is quickly deleted.
To contact Administration:
Hover your mouse over the Learn tab above.
Click on "About Us."
Page down to the bottom. Click on "Contact Us."

Well than the @admin is not unaware of problems, he simply ignores them. I have reported many times that I am unable to "block" people but most of the time (almost all) all there is is silence from him. There are also many other more serious problems that when reported are simply ignored.
