This is a sketch I drew high on a strain of cannabis dubbed "Dank Sinatra." It's 70% indica and 30% sativa, but felt strongly like sativa to me, as my mind was racing for hours. I am no artist, but I am proud that I was able to draw this in such a state.

Very revealing. My dad part of the artists/musicians/existencialistas/beat nik community in the '50s also toked up before approaching the canvas. The choices in the ratios of sativa to indica were non existent then.

Twelve years ago, I discovered that all the indica strains had been compromised. The literature claimed that Indica contained CBD rather than THC, and perhaps, way back when, that was true. However, all the strains I tested contained mostly THC, and at best, a few percent of CBD. My findings were relayed to an organization of growers and gave birth to the 'CBD Project'. The growers knew that CBD had value and undertook to recreate strains that mainly produced CBD. This effort was mostly abandoned when they found they could get all the CBD they wanted from Hemp. Even now, it is unlikely that so-called Indica strains have much CBD in them. Good dispensaries should have certificates of analysis to tell you the actual breakdown. Also, hemp cigarettes are available which have less than 0.3 % THC.
