My adopted daughter (formerly my niece) rang me yesterday with the wonderful news that her 21 week ultra-scan has revealed my 5th grandchild is to be another girl.
Her name is to be Amelia Willow but she will be known as Ami, which by serendipity is also the name of my late mother (though she spelled it with a y Amy)
She is due to be born in early September and my youngest son is hoping that he will not have to share his birthday with her, as my older son does with his grandfather, my older grandson does with my wedding anniversary, my pregnant daughter does with her grandmother and my son in law does with April fools day.
