LINK Star Wars Resistance, New Animated Series
Yeah, I swear I'm a child with adult bank account.
This will be great, set before the Force Awakens.
It will have influences of air battles during WW2.
No Idea if it will have the Drama of Clone Wars,
or the story of Rebels.
It should be good to watch.

Personally, I take the Zahn books as my own canon for Star Wars, however that's more to say that their cohesion to the universe is what draws me in. The Disney movies I enjoy in a different rite. I had fun watching tFA and tLJ, but they have the feel of an entirely different story with a similar skin.
Insofar as the T.V. shows, I'm always looking forward to the next series. I am hoping the next one will have a grittier tone like the Clone Wars, as Rebels, for all I loved about it, had a far more simplistic plot structure in line with a child's fantasy.
