I've seen hundreds in Colorado and Alaska. I've never seen anything come close to this. What an amazing sight to behold.
I've seen a herd of 200-250 elk, exactly where this event occurred. That was awesome.
This? This is jaw-dropping.
Considering all the destructive things we've done to our home planet, it's a joy to see this stunning example of nature thriving. Thanks for posting this. I loved it!
There were herds of Antelope in northern Montana when I lived there. I would be walking around out the what we called the Badlands and see them. Shooting into the air would make them run, they were beautiful to see and they are fast runners. I never shot to kill one, just to watch them run. They would run about two hundred yards and stop, turn and watch me. Apparently, they knew I was not going to hurt them. Beautiful animals.
