This is such a bizarre story. It made me giggle. 
It leaves questions. 10 minutes? He drove around with a strange woman on his car, flailing wildly for 10 minutes??? She only had a minor injury on her hand??? Who took that video????

The woman in question appears to be drunk or high, or both.
And a drone obviously was used, so IMO a put-up job all around. Not even done well......
