Ideally and on a positive note...Cheap and easily accessible to everyone.
The negative...When the process is ready for distribution it will be patented, the cost inflated, and available only to those who can afford it. Governments will use tax dollars to make it available to poor communities. (We all know how efficient governments are.)

Yes, that works fairly well. Using chlorine on a large scale is pretty costly, although it is still the most used method. This could work better and cheaper. And, it may be more environmentally friendly (oops, saying that will get it axed).
