Long Beach residents pleaded with Kamala Harris to do something- - anything, to address it, but she was too busy locking up pot smokers.
Thanks for the warning about Torrance. I recall that a few years ago the police there needlessly shot the dog of someone they stopped. These police departments should be fired wholesale and restarted after screening out applicants with personality disorders.
