Frozen fruit and veg is just as good as fresh if not sometimes better for us.

But yet taste bland compared to the fresh fruit and vegetables.
I believe in eating my vegetables from garden to plate in under 5 minutes.
While this is not always possible, frozen veges are a cheap and convenient much overused alternative
