Poor Vlad. he just seems to be having a hard time of it. If all this is true you would think he would have declared war or used the nukes by now.
Why does he have to declare war? The USA rarely does. Japan didn't at Pearl Harbour. Whoever destroyed the twin towers didn't declare war. The Waco war wasn't declared nor Timothy McVeigh's revenge with the Oklahoma bombing. Did the Una bomber ever declare war?
Furthermore Russia has undertaken a policing action just as USA now proposes to do the same in Serbia.
As for using nukes perhaps Russia proves to the world that it has not until now been dragged down to the American level of threatening to use nuclear weapons. The USA of course is the only country to have actually used nuclear weapons proving how psycopathic they are.
It is clearly plausible denyability, reminiscent of America just prior to the onset of the Vietnam war.
