Sir Nils Olav is promoted to Brigadier General in the Norwegian King's Guard. His speech at 1:15 is awe inspiring. "Arrraaaauggghhh." He never removes his uniform. Nils is a penguin. I can only imagine how the soldiers standing at attention feel while being inspected by a penguin.
