I have a sneaking suspicion that this sacking is somehow connected to the Robodebt scandal.
It would be interesting to see where L.Hardiman, a solicitor, worked before being appointed to FOI.
At a stab in the dark, I suggest Leo was moved aside before the proverbial shit hits the fan. Moved aside for his protection.

Heads will roll once the Robodebt inquiry is released, scapegoats will be sacrificed. The real culprit will never be bought to account.
Scott Morrison is the architect and instigated the scheme with the help of his mafia(LNP) godfathers (ministers). LNP is a combination of The Mafia (liberal party) and Nazis (National Party).

Blind Freddy can see that all the public servants grilled by the Senate investigation committee had been forced to comply by pressure from LNP.
I for one would like to know what the Mafia has on the mostly conscientious hard working people to force their silence?
Sure there may be on or two public servants not up to their jobs for whatever reason, but a combination of several and many varied government agencies??

I think that he was senior counsel in the AG's department.
Didn't they say Morrison & gang were doing wrong?

Well....HELL!

Not exactly although hell is also a man made construct.

I wonder about that concept. I propose that hell is Earth since Homo Sapien Sapien over ran it. Perhaps the earth started out like Australia, a prison and dumping ground for the undesirables and misfits and degenerated from there..(satire)

@Kurtn

Similar history criminalise toward Canada importer from the British, yet not so bad. And how Canada treated the American natives.
