So beautifully written! It really captures why participating in celebrations of long ago is so special. It connects us to those who really understood the seasons, astronomy and who were truly a living part of nature.

Well said, although personally speaking I'm more a creature of the night than I am the day, so not bothered by long nights. Let the partying commence, the Champagne flow, and the music be loud! Have fun, just don't end up with a lampshade on your head, lol. Peace and prosperity be yours in the coming new year.
