Brings no sustenance to those "of", us.

In a day that obesity is wide "of" us
The stands malnourished "we", do
Other warriors ravage the poor "of", us
Torn families beside the roads "we", do.

Today, we the change, we "can", do

I think change is necessary for many aspects of life to heathily flourish. If ways we do things aren't working well then a bit of change up is healthy. It is the basis of evolution.
