Congress can pretty much do what they want if there is even a small shred of some evidence of anything. If there is an impeachment it won't be on any grounds of conspiring to collude with the Russians to sway the 2016 election though, I don't think. That's what the first article talks about.....about how the Mueller Report comes to the conclusion that there was no proof of conspiring to collude to sway the 2016 election. Included in the same article, the author also states that the Mueller Report doesn't exonerate Trump from wrongdoing. He is corrupt, dishonest, and unethical. I'm not sure there is even much of a case for obstruction of justice. We will see how it plays out. I'm not surprised that Tlaib and AOC want him impeached. Like I said, he's corrupt, dishonest, and unethical.
