I apologize for the crappy sound in what appears to be a segment from a bootleg recording, but I felt the funny guy in that part of the song made up for it

It appears to me like she's making some sort of signal or sign to somebody else, perhaps someone in the audience -- a friend?
@MST3K I'm not sure, because I watched another video of her doing the song at a different concert and she did the same thing right around the same time. It must have some relevance.
@Kynlei Yes, I saw her do something very similar in a different video, during the same song at just about that point. It means something, though I'm not sure what.
@MST3K You know, looking at it again, it almost looks like sign language. I don't know anyone who knows sign language to ask, though.
