Starting today, my BnB is booked until next Monday by the grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the original builders of my cottage. They are in for a family reunion and LOVE staying at the house they remember from childhood.
I love that they were ecstatic when they found out I had turned it into a BnB and their support and encouragement meant the world to me.

You've done an awesome job with the place, it won't be exactly the way they remember it but they probably don't look exactly the same either.

they love it! They loved the website and FB page for it...so they had seen photos....but the great-granddaughter actually cried....this was her grandparents' house (the daughter and son-in-law of the the original owners). They brought me a ton of cool photos to scan and lots of information about the whole family.
Hope they love what you have done with it.

Yes! Very much! it had "antique" furniture with their family...and now it has all my antiques in it....so they said it feels like home!
