I love chili rellenos. So glad to have stumbled across a stupidly simple version of them. Cut the stem ends off some poblanos, seeded them, and cut them in half. Grilled them open side down, then flipped them over and filled them with pepper jack & smoked pork shoulder pieces. No messy egg dredge or frying. Picture isn't the best, but these were sooo good.
