I would like to take a look at your cookbook. I'm into cooking, but I'm attracted only to unconventional dishes. I'm bored with cooking simple boiled potatoes. I want to cook something Asian, or something Italian, you know. Please, send the name of the book

Your timing is excellent! I just bought a 20 lb bag of good quality long grain rice (about the same price as getting 4 one pound bags at the grocery store, sheesh!)
You know how in New Mexico the hard core chili heads often order "Christmas style" with both red chili sauce AND green chili? Yeah, now I can do it with this and regular "Mexican rice".
I smoked 20 lbs of dry rubbed chicken thighs this last weekend, skinned them out, deboned, and shredded. They are stacked in 1 lb freezer bags in the freezer now. They'd go great with this rice.

Granted, much of the directions from the cookbook are cutoff in the pic, but if it's green, it goes in the blender with the water. This slurry is then used as you'd normally use water when making rice. Hope you & the family enjoy!
