Need some advice: I finally decided on the images for my left arm: viking ships in full sail. I question how I should place them. I have scars and divots from operations on my upper arm and shoulder. Can you tattoo over those? Is that a good idea?
I have a tattoo over some scars on my back. The scars were very old and the design (jellyfish) worked really well covering it. I think it all depends on your scars. The shape and age. Find a good artist and they will know how to make it work. Good luck!
