Ya, a person has to get some sleep. I know someone that has a "diet coach"- whatever that is. It takes a bit of concentration to 'enjoy one's food' and eat a normal amount. Why would anyone want to be 500 pounds with some deadly, unnecssary disease?
"500 pounds!" Well, I have actually seen a few quarter-tonners around here.
