It's interesting to note that there seems to be no shame about his nudity - writing in his journal that he was naked as easily as if he was saying the sun was shining. Nor did others seem to be concerned. His wife expressed concern about his safety, not about a person of his high office being seen nude. What happened? Where did we go wrong that exposing your genitals or breasts can get you arrested?
