What’s the caper with censorship on here?
I don’t want to see a heap of grey nomad porn but I am curious to know if I’ll be blocked for posting my holiday pics, some are edited for fb and IG, so I’m sure those are fine, but has anyone has any issues?
Or have an educated opinion?

the barring of someone for posting a naked body, not engaged in sexual activity, would be a reason for me to leave the site.

i didn't join this group to become overwhelmed by the usual hypocrisy.

I don't think tasteful (non-sexual) nudes should be off limits in this particular group.

The site T&C's prohibit 'pornography.' So it rather depends on whether the site owners have taken a leaf out of Facebook's book, and decided that anything depicting specific parts of the body (e.g. a female nipple) is 'porn.' Perhaps someone could ask admin for clarification.

From a moderation point of view, the only way a forum admin can remove another user's content (other than asking them to do it) is to bar them from the group. I had to do that to one member over on the LGBT+ group in order to remove an inappropriate story that he'd linked to.

if a female nipple is not acceptable, but a male one is, i will call the censor up on sexism = discrimination of women - again!

@walklightly I agree entirely. But that's exactly how Facebook operates. At the same time, stuff can be graphically sexual, as long as it's a drawing. Several of us reported a profile picture that was two women fellating an oversized erection. Because it was only a drawing, Facebook considered it entirely appropriate as a public profile picture on a site where the minimum sign up age is 13.

@NicoleCadmium, fakebook is kind of over & out for me; just an hour ago i had my index finger hovering over the "delete account" button.... then i realised that this would take the option of messenger as well - too bad.

@OpenOptimist LOLOLOL! thanks! i'll keep that in mind 😀

I do not appreciate opening a post and finding sexual pictures, but nudism is a normal in this house.
