You do have to respect your neighbors, he should of put up something so they did not have to see him.

@icolan I am a nudest, I hang out in my yard naked all the time, but before I did this, when I first moved to where I live, I went and talked to my neighbors and made sure it would not offend them, for one thing, they have a small child and not all parents would be fine with this. It is called respect. He knew his neighbors window looked down on his yeard, he could of put up some kind of screening so as to not force is nudity onto his neighbors, or talked to them and found out if a copromise could be made and set a time for it, something, anything to show you respect others but also want your freedoms.
