Officially came out non binary to my inner circle...was not great. A lot of eye rolling and checking watches.
Pretty defeated...but I did it I guess.
Last week I asked a girl out. At the laundromat.
I'd seen her before. I screwed up my courage, hoping for a rom com moment.
Because courage favours the brave, right?
Her name is Grace (I know, I know...).
She told me she was flattered but she is taken.
I was disappointed but not entirely surprised.
My point is this - there is no point in living life without knocking on doors, asking questions and chancing your arm.
I don't want to patronise here, but I am so proud you did that.
Fucking respect from me.
Nonbinary issues are not well-known yet, but at least you did your part.
