With all the money paper printing....its inflation you need to look out for.
It already is happening some years now in the real estate market...but when that reaches its top, it will flow over in other markets, as recently in the stock market now a all time high and when that reaches its top and people start to panic , and the dollar will loose it trust... people will flee in gold silver and i strongly believe in crypto , btc mainly.
Also in land, and other commodities.

"Inflation"? Since when? Oh, yeah,the 80's....early 80's.
One of the causes of price fluctuations , is the law of supply and demand . Since you mentioned the real estate market , I'd like to point out there are two important issues with reference to the amount of land available . One , as climate change is increasing the temperatures , the amount of water held at the poles is decreasing as thousands of years of ice melts , reducing the amount of land above water . Our coast lines are changing . Secondly , the number of people living on it , is changing . Most certainly , after WWII , there was a huge surge in the numbers of births . Since then , each generation has decreased the numbers of children given birth into families , so fewer people . We see the numbers of stores closing as big chain stores that have been profitable for over a hundred years , are not making sufficient profit to remain in business - Wards , Sears , and even Walmart stores have been closed down .
QE is quantitative easing, and your dissertation on the implications for world growth in a deflationary period will make interesting reading especially your strong belief in cryptocurrency.
While inflation will happen at some time in the future, the immediate prospect for inflation is small.
Last, the increase in real estate prices you think is inflation is not. It is merely a continuation of normal appreciation; for which there is good reason.
