I hate misleading headlines. "Texas judge claims state wants to ban Pride Flag from courtrooms" is nowhere near as outrageous.

Surely this depends on what freedom judges have to display personal effects in courtrooms. If rainbow flags are being specifically singled out, then that's one thing. But if they're equally not allowed to display other representations of personal beliefs, then it seems a lot more reasonable.

Hernandez, a staunch anti-queer activist, has charged that display of the Pride Flag shows a bais against opponents of LGBTQ rights.
That would be the same bias OUR SCOTUS showed in ruling gay marriage is constitutional. Right, Hernandez? Maybe we deport all the Hispanics. Eh, Hernandez? I'm not Hispanic so wouldn't bother me a whole lot.

I passed through the panhandle on my way out of OK to NM and it smelled richly of shit the entire time. Seriously, I had no more than crossed the border into NM when the smell subsided. TX is garbage.
This article prompted one of my favorite Facebook shares and rants, however. I thank Texas for that. Now they can fuck off and die.
