Has anyone heard of a Canadian named William (Bill) Whatcott? I wouldn't be surprised if you haven't, even if you live in Canada. He has some history of attending gay pride parades (mainly in Toronto) to distribute anti-LGBT propaganda (eg. in 2016:
[dailyxtra.com]. Although, he also protested a transgender women who ran for office in BC.

He's come up in the news again because there's a lawsuit against him about his anti-gay antics. He's kind of become Canadian's version of Fred Phelps (in my opinion, although not quite as bad). He has a website and Youtube channel with some disheartening material, but, which seem to have not gained much popularity.... yet.

Anyways, before I go any further and make people assume a prejudice against him, another reason I'm posting is that I'm also looking for suggestions ... not really to combat him, but, more about how to lessen his impact. He has some pretty loony ideas, and is more of a nuisance than any real trouble. But, I don't think he should be spreading his hate onto unsuspecting people. Thanks.
