Since I was thirty-something, I realized I was sometimes attracted to other men. I did not consider myself bi-sexual until relatively recently, when I acted upon it. Those events were determined by availability more than attraction. It's not like I went out looking for a date or that I approached a person I was attracted to. There were opportunities. I took them.
They weren't ugly men, but they were not the type of guys I would ogle at in public, either.
Questions for my bi friends:
I know that this is oversimplified and excludes some other gender identities... so please feel free to expound.
I find that I am attracted to aspects of a person. It isn't different from gender to gender. I like the way someone dresses, the way they treat other people. I do find certain body types more attractive than others but it is more the person who makes my heart flutter.
