Good day, LGBTQ+ Members and Allies across the globe!

I have inherited the LGBTQ Chatty Cathies group. I believe it was originally set up to allow for chat sessions, though I am not sure it got used that way. Kinda hard to schedule times and get us there.
I'm looking to keep the chat room if we can agree it will be used. But I'd also like the group posts to be utilized more, too.
Only things I insist on are:
#1 - It still will not tolerate any transphobic posts and comments (Or any other Anti-LGBTQ+ or LGBTQ-phobic, posts and comments, either).
#2 - I'd rather it be less about LGBTQ Issues and politics and more just a place to discuss what it's like being L, G, B, T, Q or +. (If we can find a way to define that.)
#3 - Allies will still be welcome, unless someone can convince me otherwise.
#4 - I'd rather not change the group's name, but we can if we want to.
#5 - Chatty Cathies group should be considered a sort of a sub-group of this one and in no way would it exist to try and take the place of this well-established one. I'd like to differentiate it some way.
