I'm going to post this weekend's mass shootings here. As the gun violence continues to rise, it seems pointless to post each separately.
Yet another bloody 48 hours in America.

Total insanity has taken over!
@SeaGreenEyez What I'm also worried about is that w/ the Big Lie supporters, QAnoners, Proud Boys, et al that I may feel the necessity of obtaining a gun myself as those 'people' are a clear & present danger.
I've avoided that, even when living in some very bad neighborhoods, up until now, but I'll be honest...they really worry me.
@SeaGreenEyez I'm a veteran, have had many hunter friends over the years (tho I don't/won't hunt, just can't do it unless I have to), have been on the fringes of 'iffy' enterprises a number of times - I've shot weapons from black-powder rifles, Civil War reenactment pieces, hand gun & rifle training in the service, target shooting w/ friends, etc. But, in all that time I've avoided owning a gun myself. I've always thought there were too many of them around & the potential dangers outweighed any upside.
As I said, though, I'm beginning to re-assess, & I am angry that I feel I have to.
