If this is true, this should be the newest poster-child for making ALL assault style weaponry illegal. Full stop. No exceptions.

If someone can kill 4, injure 9 (allegedly 5 are now dead, including one of two injured police officers, but that's to be confirmed later, as this is a BREAKING STORY) in a mere 3 minutes, there is NO LOGICAL REASON for these weapons to be owned and possessed by anyone not in an active war zone.
