Maybe we don't want to learn from Sweden. Err genius... most gun owners in ameriKKKa are not hunters. Hunting safety is not the issue here.

I believe it just needs tweaked by removing the word 'hunter'. "You must first take a one-year long training program ..."
Otherwise, a good plan I think.
Good point, but I agree with Lauren. If we take this as an outline and then customize it to fit or country I think it would be a great more to minimizing gun violence
