If we can make a Hate Crime a crime against humanity.... there will be no statute of limitations. Neither a place out of jurisdiction.

I agree with the concept, but if a firearm is used to commit a hate crime, lesser charges like that will more than likely dropped. Everything except for rape and murder have a statute of limitations of 7 years.
@TheGreatShadow Local Justice should do whatever they can to provide Justice irrelevant what the World Court will do later. Is not local court biz. You can be punish on or be exonerated in a lesser, local court and still can be brought up on charges. Criminals already pardoned by Spain are still brought up on charges... Also criminals are being brought for torture crimes happening 40 years ago despite the Post Franco Spanish Pardon.
