As usual, it depends on where one lives. I read all the time where Seattle prosecutes people who tried to get a gun and filled out a second form after being rejected the first time. Some as those who have been convicted of domestic violence have to turn in their guns but when they apply for another gun red flags go up and often arrests are made.

That is why I believe in tearing down the 2nd amendment and remove and melt all guns from all civilians.
