Nope, said he reported to probation & was released Friday.
@chalupacabre from the article (emphasis is mine): “but on Friday the FBI agent pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor assault charge in order TO AVOID JAIL TIME.”
Reporting to start probation does not mean he spent any time incarcerated. It is a paperwork, fingerprint, photo and maybe drug test processing.
