@GipsyOfNewSpain I am not tRump and don't make things up. I have seen many reports on the number of confiscated weapons and it is astounding. I cannot and will not spend time looking for proof. Even I have gone through security and forgot something I was carrying (a water bottle and a sandwich wrapped in foil) that was not allowed.
From the article; "TSA dismissed suggestions the government shutdown contributed to the security lapse and said a normal amount of staffers were working that day."
